1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Chef-Hire's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. Chef-Hire is operated by TFCS Kitchen Solutions Ltd, a company registered in India.

2. Services Description

Chef-Hire provides a platform connecting customers with professional chefs and culinary assistants for private dining experiences including:

• Chef's Table experiences (5-course meals)
• Grazing Tables for events
• Gala Dinners for large gatherings
• Custom Gourmet Menus

3. Booking & Payment

All bookings require a minimum advance notice of 3 days. Payment terms include:

• 50% advance payment at the time of booking confirmation
• Remaining 50% to be paid before the event date
• All prices are inclusive of GST

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide adequate space for dining and basic cooking arrangements including stove, water supply, and electricity. Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated at least 48 hours before the event. The customer is responsible for the safety and security of the venue.

5. Chef & Staff Conduct

All our chefs and assistants are verified professionals who adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards. They are covered under our professional liability insurance. Any misconduct should be reported immediately to our customer support team.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Chef-Hire platform, including logos, images, and text, is the property of TFCS Kitchen Solutions Ltd. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

Chef-Hire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
