Cancellation by Customer

7+ Days Before Event

Full refund (100%) - No questions asked

3-7 Days Before Event

75% refund - 25% retained as processing fee

1-3 Days Before Event

50% refund - Partial costs already incurred

Less than 24 Hours

No refund - Chef and ingredients already committed

Cancellation by Chef-Hire

In the rare event that we need to cancel:

  • Full refund (100%) will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • We will attempt to arrange an alternative chef if available
  • 20% discount coupon on next booking as goodwill gesture

Rescheduling Policy

We understand plans change. You may reschedule your event:

  • Free rescheduling if requested 5+ days before the event
  • Rs.2,000 rescheduling fee if requested 2-5 days before
  • Subject to chef availability for new date
  • One free reschedule per booking

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Amount credited to original payment method
  • Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days
  • Email confirmation sent upon refund initiation

Service Quality Issues

If you are unsatisfied with our service due to quality issues, please contact us within 24 hours of the event with specific details. We will investigate and may offer partial refunds or credits for future bookings based on the nature of the issue.

Force Majeure

In case of events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics), we will work with you to reschedule or provide full refunds as appropriate.
